The SUZ H2i cold-climate heat pump can provide heating even when it’s -30°C* outside, with a heating capacity of 100% down to -15°C. Designed for the Canadian climate, these units ensure year-round comfort, even in extreme temperatures.
Thanks to the optimization of a newly designed compressor and the integration of the latest energy-saving technologies, Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps reach new heights in efficiency. Our high-performance compressors feature advanced variable-speed inverter technology, which dynamically adjusts the compressor speed to continuously meet the room’s cooling needs.
The heating element for the condensation tray ensures stable operation in low-temperature environments, preventing operational interruptions and capacity reduction caused by freezing of the drain water. It is now available on all SUZ models.
Operating sound tests are carried out in an anechoic chamber with a very low background noise of 10 dB. This ensures extremely quiet units, with a minimum operating noise level starting at 48 dB (sound pressure level).
A “Blue Fin” coating is applied to the heat exchanger to increase protection against corrosion, particularly in coastal environments.
Featuring the same semiconductor used in space satellites, Mitsubishi Electric’s i-see Sensor 3D directs the perfect amount of heating or cooling to the people who need it most. And when you leave the room, it automatically switches to energy-saving mode to help lower your costs.

By intelligently scanning the entire room and dividing it into 752 zones, it detects exactly where you and your family are located based on your individual body temperature. The i-see Sensor 3D is so precise it can even distinguish humans from animals!
