Each room (zone) operates independently with its own wired or wireless remote control, so people in different rooms can choose the temperature that suits them best.

Multizone HZ

Mitsubishi Electric’s multi-zone systems are available in standard and cold-climate versions. Cold-climate heat pumps feature Hyper Heat H2i technology, which provides heating even when the outside temperature is -30°C and operates at 100% of its heating capacity at -15°C.

These units are designed for the Canadian climate and ensure year-round comfort, even in extreme temperatures.

Introduced in January 2024, LogisVert is a financial assistance program offered by Hydro-Québec to Quebec residential homeowners who wish to carry out energy improvement work in their homes. The goal of the program is to reduce electricity consumption and contribute to Quebec’s energy transition.
If you own one of the homes listed below, you are eligible for the subsidy.

Please note that, to be eligible for the program, all these properties must be located in Quebec, habitable year-round and supplied with electricity by the Hydro-Québec grid, an autonomous network or a municipal or cooperative network.

  • House (bungalow, multi-storey house, townhouse, etc.)
  • Condominium
  • Duplex / Triplex
  • Apartment block
  • Residential building with 19 units or less
  • Residential building with 20 units or more
To receive financial assistance, you must have implemented the measure and meet the following conditions:

The complete system per building may consist of :

  • an air-to-air heat pump (central) comprising an indoor unit and an outdoor unit (evaporator and compressor)
OR
  • an air-to-air heat pump (wall-mounted) comprising one or more indoor units and one outdoor unit.
Whether it is for a wall-mounted or a central heat pump, the complete system, including outdoor unit and indoor unit(s), must meet the following conditions:
  • Be new.
  • Be on the list of heat pumps eligible for the Program.
  • Purchased in Québec.
  • Have been installed in a home eligible for the Program.
Before you apply, it’s essential to check that the work you’ve done meets the criteria specified by the subsidy. To be eligible, the work must :
  • Include the installation of an efficient heat pump for heating and cooling.
  • Be carried out by a company :
  • Registered with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec
  • RBQ-licensed for the type of work to be performed
  • Member of the professional order for its sector of activity
The amount of financial assistance offered by LogisVert varies according to the heat pump model chosen. You’ll find the amounts allocated for your heat pump in the list of heat pumps eligible for the program (see above). The maximum amount that can be granted is over $6,000.
Before you apply, make sure you have all the documents and details you need to process your application as quickly as possible.
Electronic copy of property tax statement (municipal tax bill) OR first page of deed of sale (title deed).
Electronic copy of invoice(s) proving purchase of eligible heat pump and installation work.

It must include the following information:
  • Invoice number and date
  • Date of complete installation
  • Full name
  • Address of eligible heat pump installation
  • Company name
  • GST and QST numbers
  • RBQ license number of company performing installation work
  • Description of product and eligible work
  • AHRI number (10-digit number assigned by the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute(AHRI) to certify the performance of heating and air-conditioning systems)
  • Heat pump serial number
  • Total cost of work
Be sure to take several clear pictures of the nameplate showing the model number and serial number of each outdoor heat pump unit.
